TOWN PLANNER

Ashik is a town planner working across residential, commercial and telecommunications projects in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

Through Ariel Consultancy, he provides practical planning advice at every stage—from early due diligence and development applications through to compliance and post-construction reporting. His background in engineering and environmental planning helps him identify constraints early, so clients can move through approvals with confidence.

He also brings extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure planning for major carriers and delivery partners.

Mary has a background in architecture and works in the planning profession, bringing together a strong understanding of design, built form, land use and the planning and development process.

Her experience includes strategic and spatial planning, subdivision and development assessment, precinct and activity-centre planning, master planning, public realm planning and stakeholder engagement. Her architectural background adds a practical perspective on how planning proposals translate into functional, well-designed places.

Mary takes a collaborative approach focused on project objectives, key planning considerations and clear guidance. At Ariel Consultancy, she supports clients from early concepts through spatial and strategic planning, subdivision, development assessment and the next stages of delivery.

Pandey

TOWN PLANNING & SPATIAL PLANNING CONSULTANT

Laksh is an urban planning professional with a background in urbanism and experience across strategic and statutory planning, development assessment and the broader planning and development process.

His experience includes development assessment, subdivision, planning research, policy interpretation and stakeholder engagement. His urbanism background brings an additional perspective on how proposals respond to their context, development objectives and the broader needs of a community.

Laksh provides practical, collaborative advice that helps clients navigate the planning process. At Ariel Consultancy, he supports strategic and statutory planning, development assessment, subdivision and planning-related project advice from initial concepts through to approvals and delivery.
